Who can join FNLMAQL?
All Indigenous communities in Quebec and Labrador are eligible to become members of FNLMAQL.
Each Member Community appoints a primary representative, typically a lands management professional working within the community’s administration.
For voting purposes at assemblies, only one representative per community can vote.
